A computer review (LiDAR and historical imagery) can miss things you cannot see from the air or from old photos, including:

‘Plugged, broken, or unmarked tile

‘A pipeline, utility, easement, or other obstruction that blocks a main or laterals. A neighbor who will not allow a main across their ground to reach the outlet the farm needs.

A desk review using LiDAR, historical aerial photos, soils, and visible wet patterns.
